I bought these a few years ago at NAMM and I have to say, band rehearsal was never the same. The sound levels in the room were so well controlled, it was like rehearsing and low (SPL) level but being a hard hitting drummer in a metal band, rehearsal was anything but low level. All I can say is these are fantastic.

They work very well.

These are awesome. I play in rock bands and these allow me to save my hearing without hearing a muffled, garbled mess. They seem to lower all the frequencies evenly, leaving clear, lovely sound. Also, you can still hear people speak.

Bought these specifically to see Dinosaur Jr in Brooklyn because J Mascis is a guitar non-fictional supreme being and plays at 11. 8am next day, my ears are good and I was able to hear people around me okay. I'm not there to talk, I'm there to rock! 😂
